Born in Italy, raised in Venezuela, I am a self-trained chef and I grew up in a family with Italian, Venezuelan, and Oklahoman heritage and cooking traditions. My main cooking style is Mediterranean but I also use other influences such as Asian, Indian, and whatever is trending in Bon Appetit, Food 52, Milk Street Magazine, New York Times Recipes, Boston Globe, etc.

I am personally gluten free and am experienced in cooking for people with allergies, cancer and other food restrictions including vegan and vegetarian. My food is organic, seasonal, healthy, and from scratch. I cook for each family/person at a time based on your needs.
